Ikan Talapia Masak Sos Tiram

Last week Wednesday I went to school in the afternoon for Ko-K activity with accompanied by Mr Hubby and our little boy and on the way back we had dropped by at the mosque for Asar prayer. While waiting Mr Hubby is praying, there was a pakcik dropped by too for prayer and he brought quite a lot of really fresh ikan talapia (i don't know what it was called in English..huhuhu). They were still alive and Boboy was kinda dumbfounded looking at those fishes.

I told Mr Hubby that I want to buy it from that pakcik and back home with 4 pcs of it for only RM2. Is that really cheap, no? But yes really it is..

This is the result of it, ikan talapia with oyster sauce.
Camna nak masak..?

Tahap kelembapan otak yang agak serius and therefore tak leh fikir utk menulis resepi dalam Bahasa Inggeris..uhuks uhuks... :-( Here you go the instruction on how to cook it:

• Goreng ikan talapia dalam minyak yang banyak pada api sederhana. Angkat.
• Tumiskan bawang besar yang dipotong tebal, masukkan 2 sudu besar sos cili Thai, 2 sudu besar sos tiram dan hirisan 4 ulas cili api.
• Kacau dan balik-balikkan sehingga bawang masak.
• Masukkan hirisan daun sup, matikan api
• Tuangkan sos ke atas ikan yang telah siap digoreng tadi and dish sedia dihidangkan.

Yeaa..As usual, the super duper lazy menu..muakakakakaa..selamat mencuba and good luck..!!

A Dull Weekend

This weekend was kinda dull moment as we have no where to go, just had the time spent being at home. Further more Saturday was the schooling day and therefore the whole day had just passed like that. Back from school yesterday, I went to fetch my friend Nani at Western D, sent her to airport and after that got back home was almost late in the afternoon.

On Sunday pun tak terasa nak jalan-jalan due to unfeeling well. I had flu and as well Boboy got flu and cough too..So we just spend the time being at home..huhuhuu..Rasa macam dah lama tak melawat ke Queensbay Mall tuh pulak dah.. :-(

Sotong Goreng Tepung

I had never even once successful in making sotong goreng tepung..so bad, no..??But this recipe are came from my very old friend. We knew each other during study time for about 8 years in the pass..

• marinade sotong ngan serbuk kari + cili boh at least 30 minit (sotong dah bersih buang yg hitam2 n potong ikut suka)
• sotong tu celup ngan telur (pukul telur dulu)
• salut tepung (aku guna tepung serbaguna adabi + tepung gandum half2 coz klu semua tepung adabi tu nnt gelap sgt color dia)
• then goreng jgn lama sgt nanti over cooked dia liat (aku 3 minit dah angkat max pun 5 minit jer)

So what else to wait..lets put a try on this recipe..yeahh..And now is time for begging Mr. Hubby to get me some squid for tomorrow dish.. ~wink~

Happy 15th Month Birthday Sayang

Boboy is now completed of 15 months old by Feb. 1st last Monday. I feel so proud of him day by day when he is getting smarter and smarter..nak nak sekarang dah menceceh mulut dia bercakap..semua benda dia nak sebut..nak tegur..

What make me so happy is he is now so clearly sound out calling his mommy with the correct pronounciation instead of in the pass he called me as mama but after a while suddenly had changed to 'nanna'..but now he could say and call me as 'mommy'..

Mummy pi sekolah pun tuk dia bgtau dia sekejap2 asik jerit panggil 'mommy..!! mommy..!! pantang mommy masuk bilik air nak mandi pon jerit panggil sambil gegarkan pintu..hahahah..Boboy you are now a big boy okeyh..he is now can be asked to do something for mummy or papa..and dah pandai sembang through the phone.. :-) so at anytime I called him up through his tuk's or achik's handphone he will sure would like and able to speak to, provided he is not asleep laa..

What else hummph..I just have no idea to tell so much about him this time..nanti ada lagi I will sure update for more..

Farewell Gathering @Seri Malaysia Hotel

One of school support staff had been promoted and been transferred. Therefore we are the Georgian Teachers gather @Seri Malaysia Hotel to celebrate for her leaving thanking her for all her help and support all the while she had been at the school.

Even though I just had dealing with her few times before during my practical training last year but she had helped me at least for something. Thank you Kak Ayu for your kind help and we would like to wish u all the best being at the new place.. ;-)
