Lazy but Healthy

Hmm..apa nak crita about lazy but healthy in this time around punya entry erk..its all about the 'masak2' ;-). And as I always told that I like to cook but I am not an expert in cooking (surrender dgn Mama Drama) as dia memamg terrer lahh.. ;-) I was just like about to create my own star in cooking but she leading me of 4-5 stars already..

I always write about my life story..mostly about my little boy..my activities..and never even once write about any recipes...tak pandai nak tulis bahan2 just like other people wrote but this time let me try my very best to share the "lazy but healthy" recipe..

Ikan Kerapu Masak Stim
Bawang merah & bawang putih (hiris)
Bawang besar
Halia
Cili Merah
Cili Api
Daun bawang + daun sup
Batang saderi
Carrot
Ikan kerapu (of course laa kann..)

Why it's been called lazy sbb semua bahan2 kat ata tuu dihiris/dipotong ikut keselesaan sendiri..bawang merah and bawang putih ditabur dulu then only letak ikan..pastu tabur laa semua bhn2 lain..tabur garam and lada hitam sket..and finally kukus for about 20 - 30minutes..that is the reason why it is a healthy recipe..tak guna minyak..less cholesterol..menyelerakan...yummy..

And lately nih hubby beriya mengidam makan sayur sawi rebus with oyster sauce on top..sampai imma pon terikut2 sama..sbb apa..senang nak prepare and it's again..lazy but healthy menu..really his fave..hehehee...

terer apa masak stim2 camni. bai tak reti, tak reti masak dan tak reti makan. haha

Dia makan sayur pon pilih2 jugak..tak semua mcm wife dia nih..semua jalan ja..and another thing dia suka ulam2an..hhehhe..biasalaa..kami kan org kampong.. :-P

tak makan stim2 no wonder laa tak reti..and tak mau sama kan..hihihihiii...xpa..apa2 pon janji sihat dan meyihatkan...
