Time for Wedding Bell

We have a wedding of hubby's niece to attend tomorrow and I am kind of not so prepare of it..huhuhuu..my bad when the mission of seeking for the new baju kurung untuk melaram esok finally ended up with the scout that unsuccessful..tsk tsk tsk...

But at least I had made up my time with this simple dimple gift for the bride and the groom for their big day...
Even it was kind of a last minute but I do satisfied with it..jangan salah sangka yaa...haku tempah jaa..kerajinan untuk paraline choc nii belum mengatasi this baking passion..ahakss..



Thanks to my dear friend for her kindness to accept the order at very last minute and the result was totally saticfactory..Thanks Imah...

Well..to Ida and Yusuf...SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU...may this marriage is full of HIS blessed and may both your love will end to your last of your life...Aminnnn.... :-)







Simple Marble Cheesecake!

Presenting my first ever the most simple marble cheese cake after a very hard feeling and passion in baking it...When I said I wanna it to be left not just a story, here I come to make it real and therefore, it is finally end up to be this creature...But still yummilicious I bet to be as it all the first attempt..

And just like usual with all my free-wheeling, I here by share out the secret of the recipe which is actually no secret at all in it..hahahhaa..ni pun haku diajar dari sini..cuma ada laa memandai sendiri sikit dari ajaran tuu..But first of all, thanks a bunch to my dear old friend Wanie for her kindness motivation and helpful advise.. ;-)

My Super Simple Dimple Marble Cheese Cake
(8" loose pan in size)
The ingredients: totally referred from here:

  • 1. 250g cream cheese
  • 2. 200ml fresh cream/plain yogurt (I used whipped cream)
  • 3. 2 sudu besar jus lemon ( I used squeezed lime juice)
  • 4. 3 sudu besar tepung gandum (I put 2 and half tbs)
  • 5. 2 biji telur
  • 6. 90g gula (I used castor sugar)

For the based:
250g marrie biscuits (finely blended)
250g Buttercup (melt)
--> Mix these 2 stuffs and press them into loose pan that been laced lining the base with the baking paper and put aside

The instruction on how to do it:

  1. Mix cream cheese, castor sugar and whipped cream in the mixer until they looks creamy, then put in eggs one by one and continue to mix. Put in the squeezed lime juice and I add in a tea spoon of vanilla essence for the good smell of it.
  2. Put in the flour and stir them well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the loose pan with the based ready.
  4. Use the color paste to make the marble design
  5. Bake it in to the oven at 150 degrees for 35-40 minutes
  6. Cool it in the room temperature for few hours before put your cheese cake into the fridge (don't put it in the frozen part)
  7. After few hours, the cake is ready to be cut..

Cuba Teka

They are all for my crave these few weeks...Sorry hubby..I just can't stand without looking at it only and I bet that you too can't stand driving your wifey to SR to get even a piece of them..

And now..disebabkan tergedik-gedik kemaruk sangat nak makan 'chiskek'..therefore I made up my mind to bake it on my own...

Nii laah rupa dia a second before been posted into the oven...
Terribly nervous since this is my very first attempt of baking this my mouth watering food....hhhsssssspppp...!!!!

Don't forgot to catch up for the updates of it later and later since it is now on baking in the oven...

Lapan Tahun Tak Payah Beli Kasut Dah!

I have been seeking high and low for my new sandal to replace the one that I have currently since the early of this year and now only I manage to get them..huhuhuu...sooo bad of me yang sememangnya tooo fussy I guess in choosing foot outfit especially sandals..

Mine that I have now is the one that I bought while I was 3  months expecting the lil-boy and until these days I am still wearing it for all occasion..

Last weekend, we went to Sunshine Square to seek for my school shoe that been damaged and it was kind of coincidentally I came across with those Scholl new arrival corner, but unluckily they have no size to fit my foot..huh! And the next day, hubby took me to Scholl Bukit Jambut if we could find it there..masih tak bernasib baik jugak...and the next day..the seekking mission been continued to Queensbay Mall and there only I managed to get it..thanks God..tapi bila dah menjamu mata tuu..apa lagi..tiba-tiba bleh terjatuh chenta kat sepasang lagi...So...I got them for 2 pairs at once..


Really I am deeply satisfied with those sandals I got...lepas nii kira bole laa ala-ala tak heran tengok kasut or sandal...but guess what Mr. Hubby said.."Kira lepas ni lapan tahun laa erhhh tak payah beli kasut..dah payah sangat mencari..." Hahahahaa..Whatever lahh my Darling..most important is...you have no need to layan karenah mencari kasut bini you nii berbulan-bulan lamanyaa.. :-D

Dell Charity Run & Family Day - Full Vers

It's of our last weekend..Super tiring but we had so much fun on the day especially my little one..I had bloged out the day before about we are going for the charity run organized by Dell..

Last Saturday, Dell had a fun time organizing the charity programme where by there were mils of activities on the day and the main were the run of course for charity. There were 2 categories of participation which were 5km Full Run (larian yang aku tergedik-gedik beriya-iya nak lari tapi telah DIHALANG KERAS oleh incik Hubby) and the 2km Fun Run for those that bring their family and kids for together to have fun of joining it..

There were various of activities been held such like lucky draws number, games, souvenirs for sale, foods of choice of course yang FREE! and the most interesting was when there were clowns wandering around with varied characters. Cycling in their gown as well as some that were get around on the high feet entertaining all the guests. And I was very proud when I could introduce to my lil one that it was a CLOWN actually boy..where by all this while he was learning and looking it over the books and TVs only..jakun jugak laa seketika anak aku pertama kali tgk clown which actually alive..hahahahaa...

Woke up at as early as 6.00am in the morning and the same goes to the lil boy easily woke p at 6.30am, we headed to Dell for registration at almost 7plus.


As early at about 7 in the morning, the crowds begin to fulfill the Dell compound. 

While hubby was with the registration matter, here the lil boy was wandering around looking for things that could grab his interest.


Staring to something that captured his heart...ada laa tuuuuu... ;-)

 Whoopppsss....this thing rupa-rupanyaaa...Giant ship deck balloon.


And this too....ok ok...sabaq sat naaa...huh..

And the run starts at approximately around 7.45am..Semangat sungguh anak aku nih punnn...Just like mommy like son... ;-) bapak cool jaaa... :-P Well, don't you believe that he could finished more than 1km i guess and lepas tu dah tak larat...so what else, daddy have to carry  laaa for the rest of the hundreds meters of distance to the finish line..

 





Well, the meal were provided, we had nasi lemak and drink for breakfast, drinking water free refill, sausage, pop corn and ice-cream for refreshment...

 Ni jaa yang sempat di ambik gambaqnyaa..ni pun dah tak sabaq nak makan..lapaq dahh..

The most  interesting were the games where we managed to collect a bundle of keropoks..huhhh...itu pun tak sempat habis semua games been tried as the little boy was tightly sleeping in his stroller..penat berlari laa tuh plus he had woke up early in the morning..

Here are the gifts that we managed to collect from the day..and of course the little boy was soooooooo happy since we get a lot of his favourite creature of Angry Birds...weee huuuuu..tengok ja laa muka dia...

Bundles of snacks..boleh buat meniaga Hubby kata..ni baru sikit nii..the other peoples collect lagi laa banyak...dua tiga bundle! boleh...??
And the most front were the Angry Birds photo frame..yeayy!!

Owhh...now I realized, there were no even one of me in the pictures..And as had been destined, a photographer will always never a chance to be in the picture...tsk tsk tsk..

All in all, it was such a fun and interesting moment and event. Just we were still have no luck to win the lucky draw..huhuhuuu..takpa..takdak rezeki...

Dell Charity Run & Family Day - Pre-Story

OK..before I get to bed..just to show off this excited-ness of tomorrow activity..
And...tadaaa......Dell Charity Run 2011 organized  by Dell..

Till now first...wanna go for bed time first..perhaps tomorrow will have some free time to continue the story about the run..yeahhh...Lama tak lari since my last run this year March during school 6km cross-country programme :-)

Hopefully everything goes fine..Mana tau kut-kut ada rezki nak menang lucky draw...sebab nak menang lari tak mungkin lah..satu sbb memang konfem pancit..and satu lagi sbb bawak my little boy too..dah nama pon family day kann..kena pegi with whole family laa...

It's Not That Easy as I Thought

Ingatkan senang jaa buat sarung ketupat daun palas nii...ingat lipat-lipat jadi bentuk tiga segi pastu hujung kat ekoq dia tuu main selit-selit jaa...No no no no no but nope at all...Ada cara dia tau bila nak selit kat hujung dia tuu...ahaks... ~ayat berlagak gila~

 my second attempt..jadi laaa...but look at the next attempt.. ;-)

P.E.R.F.E.C.T...!!! anyone...?? :-P

Actually I never ever passed in my 30 years of life to successfully folded that ketupat daun palas...baru-baru nii jaa aku terer...itu pun sebab kat sekolah ada majlis sambutan hari raya dan jamuan Kokurikulum..join AJK ketupat buat kerja-kerja melipat daun palas..maka pandai laa jugak akhirnyaaa...itu pun anak murid yang ajaq..kalau tidak dukkkkk laa lipat jadi ketupat betina..

Haaa..jangan tak tau yerp...ketupat daun palas ni pun ada yang betina ada yang gents..hahahaha..itu pun aku baru tau jugak..depa kata kalau yang betina tuu mudah masuk air sebab lipatan dia tuu laa..



Layankan jaa laa kesungguhan buat sarung ketupat daun palas beramai-ramai kat kantin nii.. ;-) meriah gituu...Pic yang atas ni konon jaa excited..padahal belom jadi pon lagi..hahahahhaa...

Daging 'Congo'

Don't ask me what is that 'Congo' means as I will have no answer for it..Since the recipe named to be that way..so I just say it that way too and yet I love to share out of what I get..Ilmu nii kalau dikongsi dan jadi amalan..kat situ kita dapat pahala..wallahua'lam...


OK..jom kita tengok camna nak buat..Since I am sooooo lazy to write..here I go and copy the ingredients and instruction from tuan punya petua.. :-) that been text to my FB inbox...love you Mash..

Since arahan said to pour into kuali, there fore I used kuali too..lughuih bendoi patuh kannn

Maka saya yang menurut perintah dan arahan di bawah nii..maka there you go the result of the outcome nunnnnn di bawah sana.. :-)

1) daging batang pinang 1kg
2) bawang besar 4-5 bijik hiris
3) halia hiris halus2 supaya org gigit tak maki dlm hati hahaha
4) kicap cap kipas udang kaler merah separuh botol besar (dah try pakai kicap lain tak jadik)
5) sos tiram suka hati
6) cili kering blender suka hati nak pedas menusuk kalbu ke jiwa ke
7) bawang goreng 3 suku paket besar


Mula2 gaul jer daging, bawang, halia, kicap, sos tiram, cili blender dlm bekas memana.. Pastu panaskan minyak dlm kuali, tuang jer semua dlm tu.. Biar kejap nampak cam dah menggelegak tepi tu, tambah air skek.. Pastu rasa cam dah menggelegak banyak skek, tuang bawang goreng yg dah diblend.. Agak2 laa nak berkuah ke nak kering ke.. Dah menggelegak blurp blurp, tutup api..

Sangat laa 'congo' rupa dia..hopefully after this I knew where to adjust the amount of the ingredients to suit our own taste..Yang ni aku rasa mcm terlebih kicap kut..sebab memang ikut sebijik-sebijik arahan di atas..but the tast was not that bad when Mr. Hubby could finished almost half of sebatang lemang...layannnn...

And this is the complement of it.. :-)

Been craving for this lemang for this whole week, only today I managed to get it...
pakcik tuu betoi2 buat haku angaukan lemang tau!

My Puding Caramel

I don't know why this lately I had a kind of a good behavior of being a women..a wife and a mom..I meant trying to cook something new in cooking skills as well as baking... ~toingggg!!!~

Back to the last few days story, it was all of sudden I had came across with this business matter...and yesterday I was called to try on this Caramel Puding..Thanks a bunch to Alea Nora a.k.a Sha for her kindness sharing the recipe to me...

Although this is my first ever trial on baking this caramel, I bet it came with the good result at least I could stand to satisfied and happy with all the positives comments and feedback from friends..thanks friends for all the complimentary.. :-)

My promises, here I share the story-morry on how to make it..As usual, all are super simple ingredients and instruction that I always like...dah nama pon malas tak rajin kannnn..tapi nak try buat jugak. ;-)

The ingredients:
Ingredients A
150 g (~6-7 table spoon) of sugar
1/2 cup of water

Ingredients B
7-8 pcs of gred A eggs
3 table spoon of sugar
1 table spoon of vanilla essence
1 can of evaporated milk ( i used Carnation)

The cooking instruction:

  • Heat the sugar in the pan until the color turns to golden brown and pour the water. Stir them well then pour all into a tray. I used a small size tray which is around 7"x7"x3" in size.
  • Blend well all the B ingredients until smooth and pour them all into tray containing the sugar mixture and steam for 30-40 minutes.
  • After that, let the caramel to cool before pouring it into the dish to be serve.
  • Simple..?? No..?? And the outcome...........................................tada....!!!!!

And yet I feel sooooooo bad for not learning on how to bake this earlier as it's extermely easy and simple...whereas I am actually good at this..~wink wink~ muahahahahhaaa... ~penyakit perasan sudah mari~

And today..see I got what after craving it for this whole week..And hari ni nak cuba masak daging congo resipi dari ArE-sHiE's pulak..Wish me luck yeah..!!

Dia Obses Lain Pulak

As they are kids..macam-macam obsessi yang diorg discover about kann..and my kid doing it too and he has bundles of obsession..I don't realize Since when but I believe it's been after a long time ago he love to this creature of Angry Bird..suka hati laaahh anak..... :-D
Tengok muka pon lawak dah...Angry konon..hihi.. ~cute~
tak takut langsung punnn kat ke-angry-an hang tuu..hakhaks..


It happened one day sometime in last week when his mom was soooo excited to find the stuffs for her bored project during holiday..Lalu kat market tiba2 he could came across with those few stickers hung in front of one stall there..Tiba-tiba..."Haaaaaa.....!!!! Mummy....!!!! angry bird....??????!!!!! banyaknyaaaa.....!!!! ~while ran over it~" OK lahh..takpaa laa part tuu..mak pun ikutkan laa..beli laa sekeping..


Guess what he had done with it..??Right when reached home, he asked me to stick those stickers on his study chair..and tadaaaaa..............................

Sweet Sour Layer Cake

Before I get forget to eternalize this piece of excerpt for my own future references and sharing as well as for all of us, I would better do it now as since over the past few days there were so many things that came and postpone the desire to do so...

Tak dak apa..cuma nak kongsi pengalaman of doing things during my bored free time. I had end up my mind last week during the holiday with this story and here you go the result...I had once made this steamed layer cake some long time ago but too bad I forgot to write on the recipe here and now I got it immortalized..





Skrg jom kita blajaq camna nak buat as this is kind of my trial again to bake it since my last time baking it when I was performing my teaching practicum in October 2009. Jom jom jom tengok...


Bahan-bahan:
Buttercup
1/2 cawan gula (kisar halus)
1/2 tin susu pekat manis
6 biji telur gred A
1 1/2 cawan biskut cream cracker (kisar halus mcm tepung)
Asam manis ( yang macam syiling tuu )
1 sudu teh Esen vanila
Pewarna


Cara menyediakan:

  • Pukul buttercup dengan gula sampai sebati
  • Masukkan telur satu per satu dan pukul hingga sebati
  • Masukkan esen vanila dan tuangkan susu pekat, pukul perlahan hingga sebati
  • Masukkan biskut crema cracker yang telah dikisar halus tadi, dan kacau perlahan-lahan hingga semua adunan bercampur rata
  • Asingkan kepada 3 atau 4 bahagian (bergantung kepada berapa warna lapisan yang diingini) dan warnakan setiap satu
  • Sapukan loyang pembakar dengan butter dan mulakan melapis lapisan yang pertama. Susun asam manis dan kukus selama 15 minit.
  • Teruskan dengan lapisan yang kedua dan seterusnya berselang seli warna dan susun asam manis seperti di langkah (6) (Lapis yang dah dikukus dan di susun dengan asam manis)
  • Dah selesai kukus, sejukkan kek sebelum dipotong

PELANGI..!!!

It's been for years since my last time looking to the rainbow over the cloud until today I could see it this evening..It was damn cool which I seems could not turned my eyes round from staring on it..

Since the little boy was away following his aunties jalan-jalan jumpa cuzzies...we (me and hubby) had some time spent together honey to the moon, jalan-jalan..makan-makan only the two of us..

And it was a rainy day the whole day today, and end up in the evening while we were out..ni dia terapi minda yang dapat dilihat hari nii...Love it after the moon... :-)

My Sweet Sour Layer Cake in the Making

Yes I am terribly bored today when it comes to 'nothing to do' at home this whole day..hubby kerja..nak masak..lauk masak ptg semalam banyak lagi..plus tak dak orang nak makan since everyone in the house are fasting except maks (Mom and MIL) and little boy..Since maks said they don't want to have anything and enough with the existing meal, so I don't have to move my bump for cooking...

Tapi makin laa terasa kebosanan bila tak buat apa2...sebelum bijik mata nii mintak diselimutkan dek kelopak mata..I better wake up and do something..And finally i end up my mind with this baking idea...

The mixed ingredients and been separated into colors ;-) nice though....

The moment while steaming the 2nd layer..
and there will be more or less about 5 to 6 more layers to go..
sabaqqq....sabaaaqqq...huhuhuu 

I seems can't believe when the laziness was at the maximum of feelings..I can go with this most I hate thing to do...duk mengukus selapih selapih...huh! It's uncounted when my MIL came and go with her words.."Ghenyahhnyaa laaa hai nak kena kukuih satu-satu lapih..kalau mak laa, tak ghajin laa nak buat.." takpa makkk...satgi siap nii..regardless apa rasa..kita bantai jaa laa naa....hikhiks..

Lontong ala Jawa Resepi Mak

Hari ni nak mengabadikan resipi turun-temurun rendang mak yang selama nii tolong pesiang-pesiang and potong-potong bahan nak masak jaa..tolong makan and tolong kemas..tapi this year around punya raya kena masak sendiri sebab kena beraya di rumah MIL..


It's indeed simple dish to be prepare and here I share it to all..Dengan izin mak..ahaks..jom kita tengok bahan-bahan dan camna nak masak...tobat senang nak buat..sungguh tak tipu..! :-D

- cili hidup & cili api (hiris)

Sebenarnya nak sediakan / masak tuu senang jaa..semua tuu rebus jaa ngan santan..then sambil laa kacau2 sebab tak mau bagi santan tuu berbiji2..then nak masak bahan2 cam carrot semua tuu..ikut laa mana yg cepat lembut tuu..masuk laa lambat sikit..okeyh..aci tak instruction yang macam gini..kalau nak tanya apa2..leh laa leave comment and your link kat sini..nanti kita reply yep..hihi..
