Ikan Talapia Masak Sos Tiram

Last week Wednesday I went to school in the afternoon for Ko-K activity with accompanied by Mr Hubby and our little boy and on the way back we had dropped by at the mosque for Asar prayer. While waiting Mr Hubby is praying, there was a pakcik dropped by too for prayer and he brought quite a lot of really fresh ikan talapia (i don't know what it was called in English..huhuhu). They were still alive and Boboy was kinda dumbfounded looking at those fishes.

I told Mr Hubby that I want to buy it from that pakcik and back home with 4 pcs of it for only RM2. Is that really cheap, no? But yes really it is..

This is the result of it, ikan talapia with oyster sauce.

Tahap kelembapan otak yang agak serius and therefore tak leh fikir utk menulis resepi dalam Bahasa Inggeris..uhuks uhuks... :-( Here you go the instruction on how to cook it:
  • Goreng ikan talapia dalam minyak yang banyak pada api sederhana. Angkat.
  • Tumiskan bawang besar yang dipotong tebal, masukkan 2 sudu besar sos cili Thai, 2 sudu besar sos tiram dan hirisan 4 ulas cili api.
  • Kacau dan balik-balikkan sehingga bawang masak.
  • Masukkan hirisan daun sup, matikan api
  • Tuangkan sos ke atas ikan yang telah siap digoreng tadi and dish sedia dihidangkan.
Yeaa..As usual, the super duper lazy menu..muakakakakaa..selamat mencuba and good luck..!!
